Refund Policy for Katrina Rynkiewicz

At Katrina Rynkiewicz, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional services and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure our clients feel supported in their decisions. Please see our refund policy below for more information:

Refunds:

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made 12 hours or less before the scheduled booking time.
  • For cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booking time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If a client cancels their booking due to an emergency situation, such as a sudden illness or a family emergency, we may consider issuing a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule their booking up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without incurring any additional fees.
  • If a client needs to reschedule their booking with less than 4 hours’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate the request, but a rescheduling fee may be applied.
  • If a client is unable to attend their booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or travel issues, we may consider waiving the rescheduling fee on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations and rescheduling can be made by contacting us via phone, email, or our online booking system. Please note that our refund policy applies to all bookings made with Katrina Rynkiewicz. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, but any changes will be communicated to our clients in advance.
